Service Agreement

TUESWAY TRAVEL SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. Parties This agreement is concluded between Tuesway Travel (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), which provides the services detailed below, and the customer using these services (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

2. Subject of the Agreement This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision of services such as villa rental, hotel reservation, package tours, visa consultancy, and boat/yacht rental.

3. Service Scope

3.1 Villa Rental:

• The Company carries out villa rental transactions on behalf of the Customer.

• The location, features, and services offered by the villas are specified in advance.

• The Customer is responsible for the use of the rented villa during the specified dates and for complying with the contract terms.

3.2 Hotel Reservation:

• The Company makes hotel reservations on behalf of the Customer and provides necessary accommodation arrangements.

• Reservation conditions, cancellation, and modification policies are presented to the Customer.

3.3 Package Tours:

• Package tours offered by the Company may include details such as accommodation, transportation, and guide services.

• Tour content, scope, and pricing are shared with the Customer prior to the contract.

• In package tours, no refunds or modifications can be made after the tour has started.

3.4 Visa Consultancy:

• The Company provides consultancy services to the Customer regarding the visa application process.

• Visa approval or rejection is entirely within the authority of the relevant country's consulate, and the Company does not guarantee visa approval.

• In case of incomplete or incorrect information provided in visa applications, any resulting liability lies with the Customer.

3.5 Boat/Yacht Rental:

• The Company offers private or group boat/yacht rental services on behalf of the Customer.

• The rental duration, service scope, and additional services are presented to the Customer in advance.

• Compliance with boat/yacht rules during the rental is the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Pricing and Payment 4.1. The Customer is obligated to pay the price of the service received within the specified period. 4.2. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. 4.3. For package tours, accommodation, and boat/yacht rental services, a down payment may be requested to confirm the reservation.

5. Cancellation and Modification Conditions 5.1. The Customer may request cancellation and modification within the time limit determined according to the type of service. 5.2. In villa and hotel reservations, fees may be deducted at determined rates for cancellations made before the cancellation period expires. 5.3. For package tours and boat/yacht rentals, if there are less than 30 days remaining until the start of the tour/rental, no refund will be made except in cases of force majeure. 5.4. In visa consultancy services, cancellation or refund is not possible after the application has been submitted.

6. Customer Obligations 6.1. The Customer declares that they accept all conditions related to the services received and the contract details. 6.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during reservations and transactions. 6.3. During accommodation, the Customer is obligated to comply with hotel or villa rules.

7. Company Obligations 7.1. The Company is obligated to ensure that services are provided completely within the scope of the contract made with the Customer. 7.2. The Company undertakes to keep Customer information confidential. 7.3. The Company is obligated to provide the promised services except in cases of force majeure.

8. Force Majeure 8.1. In cases where services cannot be provided due to unforeseeable reasons such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, or government decisions, neither party shall be held liable. 8.2. In cases of force majeure, the status of the services will be communicated to the Customer, and an attempt will be made to provide the best possible solution.

9. Dispute Resolution In case of disputes arising between the parties, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya shall have jurisdiction.

10. Effectiveness This agreement enters into force upon acceptance by the parties and remains valid throughout the service period.

The parties declare that they have read this agreement, understood it, and accepted all its provisions.
