NOTE : For stays of less than 7 nights (short stays), a short stay fee of 3,500 TL is charged.

Deposit Procedure :The deposit required for Villa Zelyus is 5,000 TL. This amount will be collected from you before your arrival and refunded upon your departure. According to the deposit return conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or missing items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or lost items from your deposit. You may pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros based on the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment.
Check-in and Check-out Information:At all our villas, the check-in time is set at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. It is important that you leave your room on time to allow our dedicated cleaning team to prepare the villas carefully for the next guests. New arrivals will find their villas ready at 4:00 PM.
