- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred throughout the tour duration. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing item for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).

If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted along with the participant's cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by tueswaytravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by tueswaytravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by tueswaytravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or called coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, or due to any event causing closed roads, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, tueswaytravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads or access restrictions.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; tueswaytravel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local tueswaytravel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flight-based tours are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- tueswaytravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by tueswaytravel for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs incurred in the destination area, are borne by the passengers themselves.

- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, or due to any event causing closed roads, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, tueswaytravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads or access restrictions.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; tueswaytravel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local tueswaytravel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flight-based tours are personal procedures and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- tueswaytravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by tueswaytravel for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs incurred in the destination area, are borne by the passengers themselves.
- tueswaytravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. tueswaytravel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
