Meeting in front of the Sunexpress counter at Antalya Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Brussels on a Sunexpress Airlines flight. Arrival in Brussels. After passport, baggage and customs procedures, we begin our city tour with our arrival. In our Brussels city tour, we visit the Grand Palace, the most important and lively square of the city, surrounded by many historical buildings, restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops; the Hotel de Ville, located in the same square, built in Gothic style in the 13th century, with its 96-meter-high tower used by the royal family for special occasions such as weddings today; the famous symbol of Brussels, the Manneken Pis, a bronze statue of a urinating child, standing 61 cm tall and dating from the 17th century; the Atomium, another famous symbol of Brussels with an unusual design, representing a crystal lattice magnified 165 billion times, consisting of 9 sections with a diameter of 18 meters; the Royal Palace of Belgium located in front of Brussels Park; and the impressive Saint Jacques sur Coudenberg Church nearby. Day 2: Brussels-Luxembourg-Schengen-Metz
After having our breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Luxembourg, one of Europe's major cities. Upon arrival, we begin our tour in Luxembourg, known as a fairy-tale land and recognized as one of the most orderly and well-maintained cities in Europe. During our panoramic city tour, we will visit Petrus Valley, offering spectacular views perfect for photography; the old town center with its narrow streets; and the Ducal Palace, which originally served as a hotel before being restored into a government building and has become a national symbol of independence for Luxembourg. Next, we proceed to Schengen. Upon arrival, you can taste some of the region's very special local wines, named after the Schengen Agreement signed here, which brought worldwide fame to this area. You may also witness the lifestyle of the village and its small population. After the tour and free time, we head to Metz or Thionville for overnight accommodation. Transfer to our hotel. Day 3: Metz – Colmar – Strasbourg – Metz
After having our breakfast at our hotel, we head to Colmar, the tourist capital of the Alsace region. During our visit to Colmar, France's hidden gem; we see colorful historic buildings with flowers hanging from their windows and balconies dating back to the 1200s along the Rhine River, the impressive Saint Martin Church, the highly interesting covered market Marche Couvert resembling a corn exchange, and the Petit Venice canal known as Little Venice. After some free time, we proceed to Strasbourg. Upon arrival in Strasbourg, we begin our city tour. During our Strasbourg visit, we see the Petit France area surrounded by colorful Alsatian houses, Notre Dame, considered the world's 6th highest church and one of the finest examples of Gothic architecture, the historic city center Grand Île, Kammerzell House, one of the city's most famous buildings, and the European Parliament, before transferring to our hotel. After having breakfast at our hotel, we head to Reims. Reims is a fascinating city with deep roots dating back to the Roman Empire, located in the Marne department of the Champagne-Ardenne region (now Grand Est) in northeastern France. The city has witnessed many critical events throughout history; indeed, as early as 451 AD, during the decline of the Western Roman Empire, it was the site of raids led by Attila the Hun, Emperor of the Huns. However, Reims' true significance lies in its hosting of the Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral, a masterpiece of Gothic architecture where French kings were traditionally crowned for centuries. After completing our tour of Reims, we proceed to La Vallee Village Designer outlet, home to world-famous brands. At this Outlet, you can find hundreds of options under one roof for yourself, your family, and your loved ones. After shopping, resting, and a snack break, we continue to Paris. 5 Days: Paris
After having breakfast at our hotel, we begin the panoramic city tour of Paris. We continue along the Champs-Élysées, one of the world's most famous and luxurious boulevards, home to luxury fashion boutiques, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, and tourist shops; then visit the renowned Place de la Concorde, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Trocadéro Square with its tall columns, which hosts souvenir sellers and ice skaters and houses many modern museums. Next, we ascend to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, the symbol not only of Paris but of France as well. Afterward, we embark on a boat cruise along the Seine River. You will see some of Paris's most magnificent buildings up close, pass under the bridges spanning the Seine, and create unforgettable memories. Highlights of this boat tour include the American Church, the National Assembly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Musée d'Orsay, Île de la Cité, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Palais de Justice, the Conciergerie Prison, the Hôtel de Ville (City Hall), the Centre Pompidou (Modern Art Museum), and the Louvre Palace. At the end of the tour, we will take the funicular up to Montmartre Hill, known today as the artists' hill where bohemian life still thrives. After visiting Sacré-Cœur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart), you will have free time at Place du Tertre to have your portrait painted. INFORMATION,
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drink (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the flow of the program while ensuring that all places specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports issued by Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
-In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
-During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or convertible (known as coachbeds), participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
-Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
-Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out using public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads or access restrictions.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
-Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel partner with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for flights must be completed as personal tasks by the passenger either at airline counters at the airport before the flight or online via the airline's website.
- Viyatravel is not responsible if passengers fail to board the flight because they were not present at the specified airport at the time announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, did not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but failed to board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for those who miss the flight to join the tour, as well as all transfer expenses in the destination area, are borne by the individuals themselves.
-Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and airport service fees.
