Our villa located in the Islamlar district of Kalkan has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The total capacity is for 4 people. Our villa can host both honeymoon couples and small families. Our holiday villa with a jacuzzi has a sweet, minimal garden. Our villa, dominated by green color, is comfortable and relaxing and will satisfy you throughout your stay.

NOTE: 3 security cameras and an alarm system have been installed so that the pool terrace cannot be seen.

-Pool dimensions are 7 m x 3 meters and depth is 1.55 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day, either in the morning or evening.

Cleaning Fee

The cleaning fee is 3000 ₺ for less than 7 nights.

Damage Deposit

The refundable damage deposit is 5000 TL.

Reservation Advance Payment

30% of the reservation amount is collected at the time of reservation, and 70% is collected in cash upon arrival.

Reservation Cancellation Conditions

You can cancel your reservation under the following conditions before your trip.
 If you cancel 35 days before the reservation start date,
100% of the reservation fee will not be refunded.
