Villa Toscana, located in the Çukurbağ district of Kaş, nestled within nature, is our villa featuring 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 guests. Our villa, secured with fences, is highly ideal for conservative families. Away from city noise, our villa boasts clean air and a secure, spacious garden equipped with a pool, sun loungers, seating area, dining table, and barbecue area. In the magnificent garden of our villa, you can unwind from the fatigue of daily life and enjoy your morning coffee accompanied by bird songs. The interior design of our villa has been fully arranged for your comfort.

Kitchen : In the bright and airy American kitchen of Villa Toscana, where white dominates, you will find a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, water heater, dining table, dinnerware, and cooking utensils.

Living Room : The living room, decorated with modern furniture, features a comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV, TV unit, DVD player, satellite receiver, air conditioning, and internet access. There is access from the living room to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 1 : It includes one double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning, shared bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 2 : It includes one double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Bedroom 3 : It includes one double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom, and toilet.

Pool Dimensions : 8 meters wide x 4 meters long, with a depth of 1.50 meters.

Note : For stays of less than 7 nights (short stays), a short stay fee of 4,000 TL is charged.

Deposit Procedure : The deposit amount required for Villa Toscana is 7,000 TL. This fee will be charged before your arrival and refunded upon your departure. According to the deposit return conditions, there must be no broken, damaged, or missing items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be obliged to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or missing items from your deposit. You may pay your deposit in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros based on the exchange rate of that day, calculated using the current currency rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information:For all our villas, the check-in time is set at 16:00 and the check-out time at 10:00. It is important to leave your room on time so that our dedicated cleaning team can prepare the villas carefully for other guests. New guests are handed over the villas ready at 16:00.

 Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services are not available. Guests wishing to use paid transfers or rent a car can seek assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location details and route directions for guests traveling by private vehicle.
