Deposit Procedure: The deposit amount required for Villa Toscana is 7,000 TL. This fee will be allocated by you before your arrival and refunded to you upon departure. According to the refund conditions of your deposit, there must be no broken, damaged, or missing items in the villa during your stay. Otherwise, we will be forced to deduct the cost of any damage, breakage, or missing items from your deposit fee. You can make your deposit payments in US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros based on the exchange rate of that day, calculated over the current rate.

Check-in and Check-out Information: At all our villas, the new guest check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time at 10:00. It is important that you leave your room on time so that our dedicated cleaning team can prepare the villas carefully for other guests. New guests are handed over the villas ready at 16:00.

Kaş is a holiday town known for its ancient cities, unique beaches, diving spots, and peaceful atmosphere. With famous natural beauties such as Kaputaş Beach, Patara Beach, and Limanağzı Cove, it is like a corner of paradise. Our villa is located in Çukurbağ village.

 Due to the distance of our villas from the city center, public transportation services cannot be provided. Guests wishing to use paid transfers or rent a vehicle may seek assistance from our sales consultants. For guests preferring air travel, the nearest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport. Our sales consultants provide location information and route directions for guests who arrange transportation via private vehicles.
