After having breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for our OBERNAI tour which we will visit panoramically. In our tour, we visit the town of Obernia, which resembles fairy tales with its colorful flower-decorated wooden houses and stone streets. After our city visit, we move towards H.Königsburg Castle. Located in the middle of the Alsace Region, the pearl of Eastern France, H.Königsburg Castle is situated on a hill at an altitude of 750 meters in the Alsace Region. The castle, which hosts half a million tourists a year, clearly displays unique views and Medieval vibes. Then we move towards Strasbourg, one of the most popular cities in Eastern France. The city, which has become a brand regarding Christmas Markets, hosts French & German shared cultural vibes. Architectures carrying traces of French & German shared culture, Petite France, Cathedral Square, Notre Dame Cathedral, Kammerz House are among the places we will see. After our tour, transfer to your hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4: Alsace – Zurich – Antalya
After having breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Zurich Airport at the time determined by our guide. We complete our check-in, baggage and customs procedures. Day 1: Antalya – Basel – Freiburg – Alsace
Meeting in front of the Sunexpress Counter at the International Departures Terminal, Antalya Airport. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Basel on a Sunexpress Airlines flight. Upon arrival in Basel, after passport, baggage and customs procedures, we meet our guide and transfer to our tour vehicle. We conduct our city tour in BASEL, known as the Cultural Capital of Switzerland. You can take a lunch break in the cafes and restaurants located in the narrow streets of Basel. The streets, built along the river and preserving their historical texture, will leave you in awe. You can travel through historical eras in the city by following Erasmus, Hans Holbein, Jacob Burchardt and Paracelsus. We do not forget to stop for photos in front of the Red and Ornate Town Hall and the Cathedral. After completing our tour in Basel, we move towards Freiburg. In our FREIBURG City Tour; the canals and waterways covering the entire Old Town with a length of 15.5 km lined along the roads, the Cathedral (Freiburger Münster) which you will see everywhere in the city with its height of 116 Mt., the Covered Market (Markhalle), a paradise welcoming dozens of varieties from world cuisines, the Grand Square Münsterplatz, the old and new Town Hall Rathausplatz, Kaiser Joseph Street where there are many souvenir shops, chain stores, cafes and restaurants, and Gerberau where you can see the city's most enjoyable cafes, bars and beer gardens, followed by free time for shopping and dinner. After having breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for our RIQUEWIHR tour which we will visit panoramically. In this small, clean town with clean streets, cookie-shaped houses, and Medieval vibes, we will walk through Christmas markets. Leaving this city that leaves us in awe and holds an important place in our minds, we move towards KAYSERBERG. This town full of Medieval vibes in Northeastern France is one of the wine towns of France with its period walls, semi-wooden fairy tale houses and churches. On this journey, we are heading to the city that excites us the most. Our next stop is again a brand related to Christmas Markets: COLMAR! After arriving in Colmar, which we named the Land of Fairy Tales, you will not be able to get enough of walking around its streets with its magnificent architecture around the Rhine River, Christmas Markets, Old Customs Building, Pfister House and more. We also do not forget to take photos in its most famous area, Petite Venice (Little Venice) with its colorful houses. In this unique environment surrounded by the Rhine River and canals, you will find many delicious foods according to your taste buds and many opportunities to buy souvenirs. - To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places mentioned in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty is applied. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work leave certificates, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out because they coincide with other tours in the program, or if local authorities do not allow visiting or entering them on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Viyatravel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, completing them on time but not boarding the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour and transfers in the destination area shall be borne by them.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Viyatravel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible.
