IMPORTANT NOTES:

Guests are responsible for tracking any procedure changes related to Covid determined by the Ministries of Health of the countries to be visited.

A passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory for international travel. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not permitted with torn or worn-out passports.

For visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa requirement document list obtainable from our agencies must be submitted in writing to the agency no later than 1 month before the tour departure date.

The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry on the tour or the country where the longest stay will take place; otherwise, Tuesway Travel is absolutely not responsible if border police deny entry to the country.

In case of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Tuesway Travel acts solely as an intermediary between the consulate and our guests. In the event that a visa is not approved for any reason, does not arrive in time, and/or errors occur in the visa, Tuesway Travel bears no responsibility whatsoever, and the passenger has no right to compensation from Tuesway Travel under any circumstances.

Tuesway Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.

During registration, the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the passport must be entered into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. Any air ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests as no-show fees.

Flight times may change prior to departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by contacting our central office 48 hours before the departure dates.

The city where the plane lands may vary. Tuesway Travel cannot be held responsible for time changes made by airlines and any potential delays.

Tuesway Travel is not responsible for changes occurring in domestic connecting flights for guests who do not confirm flight times and routes.

In group tickets, airline rules apply; according to group ticket regulations, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight also cannot be used.

The general checked baggage allowance for flights departing from Turkey is 20kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. On domestic flights within the destination countries, this weight may drop to 15kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Tuesday Travel.

If the number of participants joining the package tour is insufficient, the tour cancellation will be communicated to the consumer 20 days in advance.

The tour route specified in the tour program is an example route, and changes may occur in the actual tour itinerary.

City sightseeing tours may be conducted on the following day(s) depending on the arrival time in the city.

Sightseeing trips specified in the programs may be carried out on different days than those specified due to the guide's discretion for any reason.

Extra tours can only be organized if there is a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is lower, they may be organized at the guide's discretion and, if necessary, with adjusted prices. Tuesway Travel cannot be held responsible if these trips or tours cannot be conducted.

Extra tours along the route will take place if at least 10 people from the group participate. Guests who wish not to participate will be waited for at the rest stop.

Trips or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Tuesway Travel cannot be held responsible if these trips or tours cannot be conducted.

Museum and historical site entrance fees are not included in the prices.

Tuesway Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.

All hotel names specified in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written to serve as examples regarding star category and distance. This does not imply that accommodation will be made in the named hotels.

Rooms for three persons have an extra bed arrangement; the third bed is smaller than a standard bed and/or is an additional foldable/collapsible bed.

While traveling, when leaving the vehicles you use and the hotels you stay in, please ensure you have taken all your belongings without omission.

Child discounts apply only to children within a specific age group staying with two adults.

In cases where children under 18 years of age (not considered legal adults) do not join the tour accompanied by one or both parents, it is mandatory to carry the required consent letters during the trip.

In case of cancellation and changes, the "TUESWAY TRAVEL SALES CONTRACT" applies.
