❌After the Istanbul-Cairo flight, you must obtain an Egypt visa for 25 USD without passing through passport control.

GENERAL TERMS

1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.

2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Tuesway Travel may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Regarding refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour; if an internal connecting flight was obtained from Tuesway Travel, it will also be refunded to the guest. If visa services or travel health insurance were used to submit a visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been utilized. If no visa application was made, the visa and travel health insurance will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. If the guest obtained the internal connecting flight from a different product provider independently of Tuesway Travel, in the event of cancellation by Tuesway Travel, the guest cannot request any refund from Tuesway Travel. The guest explicitly accepts any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour, and Tuesway Travel cannot be held liable.

3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Tuesway Travel has the right to refrain from cancelling the tour as a gesture of good faith. In this situation, since the tour would be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover the transfer for the outbound and return flights abroad.

Cancellation and Changes

4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Tuesway Travel in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airline tickets that have already been paid and/or committed to by Tuesway Travel. If the cancellation is made less than 31 days before the start of the trip, a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee (after deducting the airfare) must be paid. If the cancellation is made 15 days or less before the start of the trip, the full tour fee must be paid as a penalty fee. In case of a cancellation request, since the conditions for refund of additional services such as internal connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the time of the cancellation request, prior inquiry regarding refunds is required. Tuesway Travel cannot make any commitment regarding the refund of additional services.

Guide Services and Extra Tours

5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.

6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be held if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering them on the scheduled day and time, or due to closed roads caused by any event. Similarly, in cases where weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, Tuesway Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed to enter due to closed roads.

7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closing status of museums and historical sites. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight schedules.

8- Points to be considered in our tours to be made with Speed Boats; heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and large amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides about their condition.

9- There will be no refund if participation is not provided for the tour or meal services specified in the area of services included in the prices.

About Flights

10- Tuesway Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, and in case of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention, will apply.

11- Delays or flight schedule changes may occur in scheduled and special flights. Tuesway Travel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time change/cancellation.

12- Children between 0-2 years old pay only the airport tax fee.

13- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip airline tickets purchased is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.

14- Check-in and boarding procedures required for persons participating in air tours are personal procedures, and it is mandatory for the guest to complete these procedures at airports before the flight at the relevant airline counters or online via the airline companies' websites.

15- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are announced via loudspeakers at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. These informations must be followed directly by the guests.

16- Tuesway Travel is not responsible for situations where guests fail to perform their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the notified times in accordance with airline rules for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, completed check-in and boarding procedures on time but did not board the plane. All costs arising regarding the provision of new round-trip airline tickets necessary for guests who missed the flight to join the tour, transfers in the destination area, etc., belong to them.

17- For most flights departing from Turkey, luggage weight is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Tuesway Travel.

18- For our guests who wish to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade operations can be performed subject to the availability of the airline (please check which airline you are a member of). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check if the program's tickets are in an upgradeable class.

19- Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.

Other Matters

20- Tuesway Travel will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, Tuesway Travel's cancellation conditions will apply.

21- In cases where only category information is given without specifying hotel name(s) in the tour program and/or options are presented for the same destination, the guest will be notified by Tuesway Travel 48 hours before the departure of the trip.

22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances further than the specified locations or km. In such a situation, information will be provided by Tuesway Travel 15 days before the departure date of the tour.

23- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the guest's passport must be entered/declared correctly into the system. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for airline ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.

24- To use your mobile phones abroad, please contact your phone company before leaving Turkey to check if your phone is open for international use.

25- Hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.

26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Tuesway Travel. Efforts are made to ensure that reserved rooms meet the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Tuesway Travel.

27- Breakfasts served at hotels differ from the rich breakfast typical of Turkish cuisine. They are generally served with limited options known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.

28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined when necessary.

29- Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel and room types.

30- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability and approval by the hotel.

31- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).

32- There is an extra bed arrangement in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of pull-out and coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted the potential crowding in rooms and the bed type due to extra beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child reservations.

33- If the number of children staying with adults and their ages specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may collect additional fees. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the false declaration. Hotels may request identification to determine the age of children.

34- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to "one child" in the age group staying with 2 adults.

35- Daily currency exchange rate changes are reflected in TL prices. Rates at the time of payment are valid. Your additional requests, some extra services you receive at the hotel (minibar, iron, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this manner are collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.

37- Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and road conditions.

38- Tuesway Travel may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary.

39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Tuesway Travel is not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred during their delivery to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.

40- Persons participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and, if they have any health issues, their relevant medications and reports.

41- For possible extra expenses, photo ID/passport and credit card or cash deposit issued by official institutions may be requested by the hotel at check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and there is no intervention by Tuesway Travel.

Visa and Passport

42- There is no visa requirement for T.C. citizens.

43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.

44- For passport stamps to be placed at customs crossings/border gates, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.

45- Being exempt from visas for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean entry into the country/exit from the country is guaranteed; the passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering/exiting the country. Tuesway Travel is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport; must consult the relevant consulates directly regarding the visa procedure applied by the country to be visited to their passport. Otherwise, Tuesway Travel will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise.

47- Passports that are torn, worn out, wet, and/or damaged in similar ways must be renewed to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

48- Since there is a possibility that police officers at country entry-exit points may ask for a document showing joint parental consent when our guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 years of age and their parents show sensitivity in this matter.
