- Having Euro is sufficient for shopping and spending in all countries included in the program during the tour. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred throughout the trip. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evenings.
- In our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in the seating plan, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limits when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic beverages: 1 liter of spirits (excluding spirits containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Alcoholic beverages: 2 liters of spirits (including spirits containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or skin care products: 5 items; Chocolate and confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg
- Guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all locations specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have a free cancellation right up to 30 days before the departure date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities and workplace permission letters submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels abroad or services to be received.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by tueswaytravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specific hotel names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by tueswaytravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by tueswaytravel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable/collapsible or coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and bed types in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized to provide a general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the scheduled day and time due to restrictions imposed by local authorities preventing visitation or entry, due to closed roads caused by any event, or because weather conditions make the tour impossible, tueswaytravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, depending on closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Waiting times at customs gates crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; tueswaytravel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local tueswaytravel partner with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If this number is not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants joining air-inclusive tours are personal matters and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- tueswaytravel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the designated airport at the times specified by tueswaytravel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing check-in and boarding but failing to board the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers to the destination region required for those who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by them.
- tueswaytravel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the current tour and flight. tueswaytravel is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax or airport service charges.
