GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1- The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.

2- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved; Tuesway Travel may cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the departure date. In such a situation, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded to the guest. Regarding refunds for additional services purchased outside the tour: if domestic connecting flights were booked through Tuesway Travel, they will be refunded to the guest. If visa services or travel health insurance were used to submit a visa application on behalf of the guest, these services cannot be refunded as they have been utilized. If no visa application was made, the visa and travel health insurance will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. If the guest booked their domestic connecting flight through a different provider independent of Tuesway Travel, they cannot request any refund from Tuesway Travel in the event of the tour's cancellation by Tuesway Travel. The guest explicitly accepts any material and moral losses resulting from the tour cancellation at the time of purchase, and Tuesway Travel shall not be held liable.

3- In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, Tuesway Travel reserves the right to refrain from cancelling the tour as a gesture of good faith. In this scenario, since the tour would be provided individually for the guest, the included guide service will only cover transfers for international round-trip arrivals and departures.

Cancellation and Changes

4- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty by notifying Tuesway Travel in writing up to 30 days before the tour departure date, except for air tickets that have already been paid for and/or committed to by Tuesway Travel with the airline company. If the cancellation occurs less than 31 days before the tour start date, a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee (after deducting the air ticket cost) must be paid. If the cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the tour start date, the full tour fee must be paid as a penalty fee. In case of a cancellation request, conditions for refunds of additional services such as domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation request, so prior inquiry regarding refunds is required. Tuesway Travel cannot make any commitment regarding the cancellation and refund of additional services.

Guide Services and Extra Tours

5- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.

6- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, will not be carried out if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering them on the scheduled day and time due to events, or if roads are closed for any reason. Similarly, if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, Tuesway Travel shall not be held responsible for the inability to carry out said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed access or roads are closed.

7- Our guide may make changes to the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the content of our tours, the number of participants, and the closure status of museums and historical sites. This also applies to changes that may occur in flight schedules.

8- Points to be noted on our tours to be conducted with Speed Boats; heavy meals should not be eaten immediately before boarding the boat, and excessive water intake should be avoided. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their condition.

9- There will be no refund if participation in the tour or meal services specified in the area of services included in the price is not provided.

About Flights

10- Tuesway Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline company; in case of possible disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention, will apply.

11- Delays or flight schedule changes may occur in scheduled and special flights. Tuesway Travel is obligated to notify of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of flight time change/cancellation.

12- Children between 0-2 years of age pay only the airport tax fee.

13- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip air tickets purchased is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.

14- Check-in and boarding procedures required for persons participating in flight tours are personal procedures, and it is mandatory for these procedures to be completed by the guest at airports before the flight at the relevant airline counters or online via the airline companies' websites.

15- Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. These informations must be tracked directly by the guests.

16- Tuesway Travel is not responsible for situations where guests fail to board the flight because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the notified times according to airline rules for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs arising from obtaining new round-trip air tickets necessary for guests who miss the flight to join the tour, transfers in the destination area, etc., are their own responsibility.

17- For all flights departing from Turkey, luggage weight is generally 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the luggage weight on these domestic flights may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not under the responsibility of Tuesway Travel.

18- For our guests who wish to upgrade their air tickets using miles (to business or first class); after the tickets are issued, upgrade procedures can be performed subject to the availability of the airline (please check which airline you are a member of). No mileage guarantee is given for each flight. Please check if the program's tickets are in an upgradeable class.

19- Food and beverage and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges on some airlines.

Other Matters

20- Tuesway Travel will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest contacting the hotel. In this case, Tuesway Travel's cancellation conditions will apply.

21- In cases where the hotel(s) name is not specified in the tour program but only category information is provided and/or options are offered for the same destination, the guest will be notified by Tuesway Travel 48 hours before the tour departure.

22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances further than the specified locations or kilometers. In such a situation, information will be provided by Tuesway Travel 15 days before the tour departure date.

23- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number appearing on the guest's passport must be entered/declared correctly into the system. Air tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for air ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information will be passed on to the guests.

24- To use your mobile phones abroad, please contact your phone service provider before leaving Turkey to check if your phone is unlocked for international use.

25- Hotel check-in time for accommodation is 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00.

26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by Tuesway Travel. Efforts are made to ensure that reserved rooms align with the guest's preferences according to the hotel's availability. The fulfillment of these requests depends on availability at the time of hotel check-in and cannot be guaranteed by Tuesway Travel.

27- Breakfasts served at hotels differ from the rich breakfast typical of Turkish cuisine. They are generally served as continental breakfast consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.

28- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined together when necessary.

29- Child and extra bed policies may vary depending on each hotel and room types.

30- Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and subject to hotel availability and approval by the hotel.

31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).

32- There is an extra bed policy in triple rooms; in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds consist of pull-out or coach beds. Our guests are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in rooms and the bed type due to extra beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or child reservations.

33- If the number of children staying with adults and their ages specified in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge an additional fee. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification to determine the age of children.

34- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are valid only when the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to "single child" groups accompanying two adults.

35- Daily exchange rate fluctuations are reflected in TL prices. Rates at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and some extra services obtained at the hotel (minibar, iron, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.

36- Some countries have different practices regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such city, tourism, or other taxes applied in this manner will be collected by the hotel from the guest upon entry or exit.

37- Road distances given in programs are map-based. Travel times may increase due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.

38- Tuesway Travel may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary.

39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Tuesway Travel is not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the costs incurred for delivering them to the country and/or person belong to the owner of the item.

40- Persons participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications/reports related to any health issues they may have.

41- For possible extra expenses, a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel upon check-in. The refund of the deposit requested at checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Tuesway Travel has no involvement.

Visa and Passport

42- There is no visa requirement for T.C. citizens.

43- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip.

44- For passport stamps to be placed at customs crossings/border gates, your passport must have at least 2 blank pages.

45- Being exempt from visas for entry into the countries in this tour does not mean you can enter/exit the country; the passport police have the authority to prevent you from entering/exiting the country. Tuesway Travel is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and will participate in the tour using another country's passport must consult the relevant consulates directly regarding the visa procedure applied by the destination country to the passport they will use. Otherwise, Tuesway Travel will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise.

47- Passports that are torn, worn out, wet, and/or damaged in similar ways must be renewed to avoid problems with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

48- Since there is a possibility that police officers at country entry-exit points may request a document showing joint parental consent when our guests under 18 years of age travel alone or with only one parent, we recommend that our guests under 18 years of age and their parents exercise caution in this matter.
