PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date will be 20 days prior to the tour start date. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be submitted using the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by your agency.
HEALTH
We do not anticipate any health-threatening issues from meals served in excellent restaurants and hotels in the region. However, we advise you to be cautious regarding food and drink when you are not with the group, strictly consume bottled water, avoid ice, milk, and dairy products, consume only well-cooked meat and fish products, and eat fruits that can be peeled such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed upon entering the country and upon return.
OPTIONAL TOURS & EVENTS
Optional tours and events are organized by our local partner agency with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, these tours may not take place, or optional tour/event prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of optional tours/events may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open/closed and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located beyond the specified kilometers.
Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability; in such rooms, the bed provided for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach-style beds, participants who are the third person and/or children booking are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
Child discounts apply only to one (1) child accompanied by two adults within the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited continental menu including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee. For groups, breakfast may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
If traveling during summer, we recommend bringing easily wearable t-shirts, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket, and a thin sweater for evenings. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows easy movement and keeps you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
The flavors and ingredients of Austrian cuisine have been largely inherited from the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Its most famous dish is schnitzel, and meat dishes are predominant.
Czech cuisine has been influenced by all surrounding countries and is a true Central European synthesis.
Hungarian cuisine, considered one of the world's most important, is very colorful and rich. Meat dishes are common, and fresh homemade pasta is also an important element of the cuisine. "Goulash," recognized as the Hungarian national dish, is among the most well-known flavors.

Shopping opportunities are available at shopping malls located in city centers and small stalls selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. The agency is obligated to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting up to 2-3 hours organized for general introduction to cities, conducted with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. In cases where panoramic tours cannot take place because they coincide with days/times when local authorities do not permit visiting or entering other tours listed in the program, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, as circumstances allow, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
Tour Program
Antalya–Vienna
Meeting at the Sun Express counter in Antalya Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before departure. Travel to Vienna with Sun Express Airlines. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic city tour of Vienna by private bus. During our tour, the Opera, University, Parliament Building, Theater, Hofburg, and Museums district are among the places to be visited. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may optionally join the Concert Tour (65 Euro). After the tour, transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Vienna
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, guests who wish can join the Hallstatt Tour (100 Euro) organized additionally by our guide. In Hallstatt, added to UNESCO's World Heritage List, after a presentation and short walk by the lake, during the free time given, you can sit on benches by the lake watching the swans and the peaceful scenery, stroll through the charming houses in the side streets, and shop for region-specific products in stores at Hallstatt's central Market Square. After our visit to Hallstatt, we will depart for Vienna and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Vienna-Budapest
After breakfast, we depart for Budapest. Guests who wish may join an optional tour to Bratislava organized along the route (40 euro). During our city tour of Bratislava, one of Central Europe's richest capitals, you will see the Danube riverbanks, the Holocaust Memorial, St. Martin's Cathedral, palace buildings where Mozart and F. Liszt gave concerts, Michael's Tower, the Old Town Square, Napoleon's Military Museum, and the Slovak State Theatre Building. After free time, we continue our journey to Budapest. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic city tour. Places to visit: Heroes' Square, Andrássy Avenue, Opera House, Chain Bridge, Elizabeth Bridge, and the Danube riverbanks. After our tour, transfer to the hotel. After checking into our hotel, guests may optionally join the Hungarian Folklore and Gypsy Night event (70 euro). On this tour, at one of Budapest's most authentic restaurants, you will watch traditional Hungarian dances performed in folk costumes, dance to the music of the famous Hungarian Gipsy orchestra, enjoy unlimited drinks, savor delicious dishes of Hungarian cuisine, and spend a fun, magnificent evening. After our night out, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay.
Budapest
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the additional Esztergom & Visegrad & Szentendre tour (60 euro). In this tour, we visit the Estergon Fortress, which holds important strategic significance in Turkish history, and the Estergon Basilica, the center of the Hungarian Catholic Church. Passing through the town of Visegrad, we head to Szentendre Artists' Village. After a sightseeing tour and free time in Szentendre, where you will have the opportunity to purchase all kinds of Hungarian souvenirs at affordable prices, we return to Budapest. In Budapest, we explore the Buda Castle area; among the places we will see panoramically for the castle are the Fisherman's Bastion and Matthias Church. In the evening, guests who wish can join the extra Danube River Boat Tour organized by your guide (40 euro). During this tour, while cruising on one of the world's most magnificent rivers, the Danube, accompanied by one complimentary drink, you will have the opportunity to take photos of the Buda and Pest sides of Budapest from the best angles, showcasing some of Europe's most beautiful nighttime illuminations. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Budapest - Prague
After breakfast, we depart from Budapest and head towards Prague. Upon arrival, our panoramic city tour will include the Lesser Quarter, Charles IV Bridge, Old Town Square, and the Astronomical Clock Tower. After the city tour, transfer to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish may join an optional Vltava River boat tour (50 EUR). On the Vltava River, which divides Prague in two and gives life to the city with its famous canals, you will enjoy an unforgettable night aboard our private boat, featuring a buffet meal and views of Prague by day and night, along with canal crossings reminiscent of the Panama and Suez Canals. After the tour, transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Prague
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the additional Karlovy Vary tour (60 EUR). Within Karlovy Vary's unique nature, a city visited by European society and statesmen in the 17th and 18th centuries, we will visit its dozens of magnificent palaces built side by side, the hotel where Atatürk stayed in 1918, the homes of Dvorak, Mozart, Goethe, Beethoven, Russian Tsar Peter the Great, and Pushkin, followed by the thermal galleries where 12 different springs emerge. After our tour, there will be free time; you can spend your free time in shops selling traditional Czech souvenirs. After our excursion, we return to our hotel. In the evening, guests who wish can join the additional Czech Night tour (70 EUR). You will have an enjoyable evening with local restaurants in Prague, enjoying the flavors of Czech cuisine accompanied by Czech music and folk dances. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Prague-Dresden-Berlin
After breakfast, we depart for Berlin. Guests who wish can join the additional Dresden tour organized along the route (40 euros). In this tour, we begin our city visit by exploring the magnificent city center of Dresden, known as the "Florence on the Elbe," which rose from its ashes after World War II and was rebuilt in Baroque architecture. During the tour, we will have the opportunity to see Fraunkirche, Zwinger Palace, Brühl's Terrace, the Royal Way, the Elbe River, and the statue of Martin Luther. After the Dresden tour, we continue to Berlin. Upon arrival in Berlin, we take a panoramic city tour. Following the Berlin city tour, we transfer to our hotel in Berlin and spend the night there.
Berlin-Antalya
After breakfast, free time.. Guests who wish can join the additional Potsdam tour (60 Euro). The famous Potsdam tour, known as the city of palaces and created by Prussian King Frederick the Great from nothing, includes sights such as Sanssouci Palace, the famous Mill where the phrase 'there are masters in the country' originated, the Russian colony Alexandrovka, and Cecilienhof Castle, where the Potsdam Conference that changed the world's fate was held. After the tour, transfer to Berlin Airport. Departure to Antalya with Sun Express Airlines.
